Here, there is a paramedic's truck in the background and Gerald trying to condole Angel. This is after Aunt Queen died and the paramedics were with her. Gerald knows that Angel is very disturbed by this so he has to make her feel better.

In this example of heroism, Gerald tries to be Angel's protector once again; here, there are no physical wounds. Gerald has to make sure that he can heal Angel's emotional wounds as well.
