Example Three:

In one part of the book, Gerald finds his Aunt Queen on the floor off her wheelchair. He concludes that she is not breathing, and tries everything to save her. Gerald and Angel then call the paramedics and Monique.

Until the paramedics come, Gerald, being the hero that he is, has to do something. He remembered he saw a CPR show on TV. He also tries to give his Aunt mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

In this example of heroism, Gerald tries every feasable way to save his Aunt. Although he doesn't succeed in the end, he gave it his best shot.
